From sensory play tips to SEND education links and financial support contacts, everything here is curated with care and built for accessibility. At Lumiere, we understand that navigating life with a disability can often feel overwhelming. Whether you're a parent, young adult, carer, or advocate, it can sometimes feel like facing a maze with no map. But here's the truth: you’re not alone. Our Resource Hub is built with empathy, experience, and care. It’s packed with practical tools, guides, and signposts tailored to your real challenges. From understanding diagnoses to finding accessible activities or navigating support services, this space is here to help you feel more confident and connected. Everything we share is rooted in our belief that every child and young adult deserves to thrive in a world built for them, not around them.

Changing Places
Thousands of people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as other disabilities that severely limit mobility, cannot use standard accessible toilets.
People may be limited in their own mobility, so they may need equipment to help them or support from one or two carers to either get on the toilet or to have their continence pad changed.
