Every child deserves to feel special on their big day. At Lumiere, we create space for children with disabilities and additional needs to celebrate in a way that feels right for them, surrounded by their favourite people.
From exclusive soft-play parties to cosy slumber adventures and Holly Inspiration Celebrations honouring Holly’s legacy, our celebrations put your child at the heart of the experience.
Whether they love exploring, sensory play or quieter moments, we’ll work with you to understand their needs and help create special memories for the whole family.
Our Standard Parties
Your Party, Your Pace 💜
Every child deserves a birthday where they can be themselves and celebrate in their own way.
At Lumiere, that might mean exploring the soft play, enjoying the sensory room or playing games with friends in our PlayStation room. There’s no pressure to join in with everything, and there’s space to take a breather whenever it’s needed.
With exclusive use of the whole building, it’s just your family and invited guests. Siblings can share in the fun too, and our supportive staff are on hand throughout to help everyone feel welcome.
What makes our parties special is the understanding behind them.
We know celebrations can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we want families to feel comfortable and children to enjoy their birthday at their own pace, with room for all the little things that make them who they are.
£420 for up to 15 children. Additional children are £20 each. 💜
Sleep Overs
Lumiere Sleepovers Memories Together 💜
For many children, sleepovers are a special part of growing up: staying up late, giggling with friends and making memories together.
But for some children with disabilities, sleepovers aren’t always easy to access. Worries, additional needs and a lack of inclusive spaces can mean missing out on these special moments.
At Lumiere, we believe every child deserves the chance to experience that magic ✨
That’s why we’re introducing Lumiere Overnight Sleepovers: a safe, supportive and fun environment where children can enjoy time with friends, build friendships and make memories at their own pace. Siblings and friends can book onto these sessions too, making them perfect for birthdays, special treats or simply because!
Families will have the option to pay for a sleepover or fundraise towards a target to unlock their experience. Because at Lumiere, we love finding ways to make special experiences fun and accessible 💜

Evening Slumber Parties
Lumiere Slumber Parties
All the fun of a sleepover, without the overnight stay!
At Lumiere, we understand that some children may find it difficult to access social opportunities.
Our Slumber Parties offer an evening of fun in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment designed with their needs in mind.
Running from 6pm to 9pm, children can enjoy games, activities and time with friends. Siblings and friends are welcome to book onto these sessions too, making them a lovely option for birthdays, special treats or simply a fun evening together.
Tea and toast will be included, with additional food options available to suit different preferences and celebrations.

Holly Inspiration Celebration
Celebration of Life Experiences ❤️
Each month, Lumiere will gift one Celebration of Life experience to a child living with a life-limiting condition.
These celebrations are about putting everything else on hold for a little while and celebrating your child for the amazing person they are.
We understand that, when caring for a child with complex health needs, it can be difficult to think about milestones that may feel far away. We want families to have the opportunity to create precious memories at a time that feels right for them, surrounded by the people who love their child most.
As demand for these special celebrations may exceed the spaces available each month, we have an application and selection process in place.
