Fashion Show

One of our proudest moments at Lumiere was hosting our inclusive fashion show in collaboration with Iconic CIC  believed to be the first of its kind 💜✨

Over a 6-week journey, 22 incredible children and siblings took part in designing outfits that truly reflected who they are. Some confidently shared their own ideas and styles, while for those who were non-verbal or unable to express this themselves, we worked closely around their personalities, interests and everything that makes them uniquely them to create outfits that represented their identity beautifully 🌟

The show wasn’t just about fashion, it was about visibility, confidence, inclusion and celebrating every child and sibling exactly as they are. Watching them walk the runway with pride, excitement and huge smiles was emotional for so many families, especially knowing that some had never experienced opportunities like this before.

To make the day even more special, Liverpool’s High Sheriff, Billy Hui proudly presented certificates to every child and sibling who took part, recognising their courage, individuality and the incredible journey they had been on throughout the project 💜
